Paid design-partner pilot
Prove the model with one selected-team cohort.
The pilot is a centrally contracted, 12-week operating engagement—not a free trial or public checkout. TeamLens supports the whole organization. The current paid engagement starts with a bounded fixture-to-film cohort so the town can prove its highest-risk workflow before expanding adoption.
$2,500
for 12 weeks
- One town, up to 8 selected teams, and up to 80 processed matches
- Readiness gates and weekly operating scorecards; final decision review delivered under the pilot agreement
- Advanced analytics stay beta or hidden until real-footage gates pass
Production recording requires approved legal, safeguarding, device, and field-readiness gates. The Game Safety Record supports evidence and due process; it is not VAR and cannot prevent abuse.
Tell us about your town program
Include team and player counts, the operational problems you want to solve, expected match volume, current software or camera costs, and who owns the decision. We use that context to map the right rollout.
