What is separate

Devices and safe mounts. Towns may use approved compatible phones they already own or fund a small shared kit; equipment is not included in software pricing.
Payment-provider charges. Online registration is disabled until the town's connected-account rail and a disclosed TeamLens fee are configured. Stripe, bank, SMS, screening, streaming, or other provider charges are then governed by the written agreement. The current destination-charge integration remains a production gate; direct charges are not implemented.
Policy and legal advice. TeamLens supplies configurable controls and implementation materials, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
Custom migration or integration. Any material work outside the written pilot scope is estimated before it starts.

What earns renewal

Reliable delivery. The agreed share of assigned fixtures becomes usable film without excessive volunteer or support work.
A lower total cost. Hardware, processing, support, and administrator time are measured against the town's current method.
Used and trusted output. Coaches use the film; analytics ship only when reviewers agree they meet the written gate.
A credible safety process. Authorized reports are handled within policy, with complete access records and referee feedback—not an unprovable prevention claim.
